Overview:

South Bay Branch Music Festival is a new MTAC South Bay Branch program created to give our teachers and students an opportunity to participate in a themed audition and festival event that is open to the MTAC South Bay Branch teachers, students, family, and friends.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES:

Fall 2024 Audition Themes:

Works of Impressionism
20th and 21st Century (Contemporary)

Repertoire Requirements for Themed Audition:

Only one piece per application.
The piece must be under 7 minutes.
Performing a work by memory is encouraged, but not required.

Student Qualifications:

No age limit; Children and Adults are welcome to participate!
Must be a student of an MTAC South Bay Branch Teacher for at least 4 weeks.

Student Audition Fee:

Solo: $35 per application

Teachers will submit the online Teacher Registration & Work Agreement Form

Parents/Students will submit the online Student Registration & Agreement Form
